Tattoo Booking Form

Please fill out everything in the form. The more detailed the description of your tattoo the better as well that way I can get all of your ideas down right! After you fill it out, I will get back to you within the next day or so with a link sent to your email or text message. Through this link, you can pick your date and time to schedule. When booking anything smaller to 1-2in you will need 1.5hrs of time, anything 3-5ins please select the 3.5hr time. Then anything larger please select the 6hr time slot! There is a $50 deposit required; this does go towards your total of your cost. This deposit is non-refundable. I allow 1 reschedule per appointment, if you need extra time please let me know we can cancel and come back when you are ready! I offer a 48hr window for rescheduling and cancellations anything else will require a new $50 deposit to rebook. Please do not arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, we have limited parking downtown so please keep that in mind any persons who arrives past the 15 minute window without contacting me will be rescheduled. As for tattoos I’m currently offering I am doing black and grey with pops of color, black and grey and I can do some full color pieces but not most due to lack of supplies. Unfortunately I will be no longer offering full color pieces within the next year so they will be limited. I am also not interested in doing any realism or large scale cover ups. If it is a piece that I do not feel like I am the right fit for I can absolutely recommend someone who will be a good fit for you!
