• FCACC Medical Student Mentorship Program Matching Survey

  • This form will be used to pair medical students interested in cardiology with an internal medicine resident mentor planning to go into cardiology. 

     

    We may not have enough mentors to accommodate all interested students. If this occurs, we will prioritize students who showed initial interest in our program in development stages, and mentor assignments will also be first-come, first-serve. We hope to expand this program in the future to accommodate all interested students.
