Workplace of the year is presented to an active member that demonstrates staff engagement, recognition, and a significant change in work place culture.

Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Description of problem and action: The focus of the intervention(s) has resulted in a significant change in the workplace culture
Process/methods/engagement: The team employed novel, innovative approaches to achieve the significant change in workplace culture
Impact on staff, residents and/or home: There are stated goals and measurable evidence of significant change in workplace culture
