No Boundaries Youth Organizers (NbYO) is a youth leadership and organizing after-school program for teens ages 13–19 with a connection to Baltimore’s 21217 community. Through after-school programming, leadership development, civic engagement, wellness, and community action, NbYO supports young people in developing their voice, building leadership skills, and creating positive change in their communities.
