    Coronado Smokehaus is hiring dependable event-based, part-time crew for Dark Harvest and future catering, school, neighborhood, festival, home-tour and holiday events across metro Phoenix. Hours vary and are not guaranteed. Work often includes evenings, weekends and late nights. Crew may report to a private staging location for paid loading, filling fresh water, cleaning, restocking and safety checks; work the event in prep, cooking, line, expo, POS/orders or customer service; and return afterward for paid unloading and cleanup.
