  • Our first Samurai Series event of the 2026-2027 season will be taking place in Olds. The format will be the same as previous events, with Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu running in 5-man round robin divisions.

    Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will be GI for this event.

    Please make sure you are using an actual scale to determine you or your child's current weight for their BJJ/Muay Thai divisions and DO NOT GUESS OR ESTIMATE! BJJ and Muay Thai athletes will need to weigh in with their appropriate uniform on!

    We will be only giving a 4lb allowance (over) the weight given on registration. If an athlete weighs in over their registration weight, they will be DISQUALIFIED.

    Times and schedule will be released after registration closes.

    Entry fee is $50 for one division +$10 each additional division (per athlete). Cash only, paid at the door on Oct 17.

    Registration closes at NOON on Tuesday October 13. No late entries and no registration at the door. No exceptions.

    I understand the risk of participating in these forms of martial arts and hereby release Arashi-Do Martial Arts and all of its agents, employees and associates of and from any liability, claims, demands, actions, medical bills, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any negligent or other act of omission, and/or any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant or any property of the participant.

    If the competitor is under 18, the parent/legal guardian submitting this release agrees to all its terms and conditions.
