I understand this application is to request in house financing for bail bond premium and does not guarantee approval or release of the defendant from custody.
I understand that, if approved for a financing plan, any default on the contractual agreement, including failure to pay required payments, can result in revocation of the bond release of the defendant of record and/or civil judgement against myself that could result in wage/asset garnishment and/or seizure.
I understand and agree that, if financing is offered and accepted, it is a legally binding contractual agreement between myself and JD Bail Bonding & Recovery LLC and cannot be canceled or refunded once executed, except by JD Bail Bonding & Recovery LLC following a breach of the contractual agreement, in which case no monies paid will be refunded and any outstanding monies will still be due.
I understand that this application for financing is not a contractual agreement and I have no obligation to JD Bail Bonding & Recovery LLC unless and until a contractual agreement is entered into by all parties.
