  • These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the membership program (“Membership”) offered by OlyCurl (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Membership, you (“Member”) agree to the following:

    1. Membership Benefits & Fees - Weekly or BiWeekly Wash/Set

    Members receive the following benefits each month:

         Standard Curly Hair - $245/month

    • 52 weekly wash and sets
    • 5% off products
    • 1 Free Deep Condiঞoning with Wash/Set Add-on/year
    • Free bang trims every 10-12 weeks between appointments (if applicable)
    • All Memberships include 25% off a gift card for a NC service!

         Super Curly, Dense, Long Hair - $175/month

    • 24 Bi-Weekly Wash-n-goes
    • 5% off product
    • 1 Free Deep Condiঞoning with Wash/Set Add-on/year
    • Free bang trims every 10-12 weeks between appointments (if applicable)
    • All Memberships include 25% off a gift card for a NC service!

  • 2. Membership Payments

    •  Payment is auto-charged on the 5th of each month to the card on file.
    • All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.


    3. Commitment and Cancellation

    •  Minimum One-Year Commitment
    • After the minimum term, members may cancel anytime with at least 14 days’notice before the next billing date.
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or in-person at the salon).
    • Early cancellations (before the minimum term ends) may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining membership.   

                                  
    4. Pausing Membership

    •  You may pause your membership once every 12 months for up to 1 month.
    • Requests must be made in writing with at least 7 days’ notice.


    5.  Missed Payments

    •  If a payment is declined, access to member benefits will be paused until payment is received.
    • If a payment remains unpaid for more than 14 days, the membership may be canceled, and the early cancellation fee must be collected in order to receive services at OlyCurl.


    6. Modifications to Membership

    • We reserve the right to update membership pricing, benefits, or terms with at least 30 days’ notice.
    • Members will be notified via email or in-salon posting.


    7. Non-Transferability

    • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named Member.


    8. No Refund Policy

    • Memberships are non-refundable, including partial months, unless a service cannot be provided due to salon closure or other extenuating circumstances.

    9. Termination by the Salon

    • We reserve the right to cancel a membership at any time for misuse of benefits,inappropriate behavior, or non-payment.

    10. Service Provider Cancellations

    • Member understands that if a stylist must cancel due to illness, OlyCurl will make every effort to reschedule you with another service provider on the same day. However, this may not always be possible and the service may be redeemed on another date within the same month.
