Cultural Burn Workshop

Nambucca Valley Landcare are hosting a cultural burning workshop with Waarugirr Indigenous Corporation and the Rural Fire Service.

We will be starting with presentations by Waarugirr Indigenous Corporation, and RFS, before proceeding to a nearby property to demonstrate how a cool, cultural burn can be used in the landscape.

The proposed date is Friday 25th September, however due to permits, weather and the short lead time, we are gathering expressions of interest to ensure we can share this opportunity with as many people as possible. If you are able to come let us know. If you are interested, but unable to make next Friday, please also fill in the details below so we can contact you with an alternate date if we are unable to proceed next Friday.

Can you attend our Cultural Burning Workshop on Friday 25th September, in Bowraville, starting from 9am.
