How Store Credit Is Determined
Store credit is determined after an in-person inspection based on:
- Overall condition and cleanliness
- Denim weight and quality
- Amount of usable material
- Fabric composition and stretch
- Color or wash
- Stains, holes, tears, thinning, odors, or other damage
Before Submitting Denim
- Denim from any brand is welcome.
- All denim must be clean and dry.
- Completing this form does not guarantee store credit.
- Credit is issued only after the denim is received and inspected.
- Submitted denim will not be returned.
- Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.
- Denim that does not qualify for credit may be donated or responsibly recycled.
