What else do we need to know?

Payment for your Reservation Request

Please read carefully
Payment is required before we can confirm your reservation and does not guarantee placement. When you press "Proceed to Payment," your Reservation Request will be submitted to our Registrar and you'll be passed to our payment processor (Square) to collect the amount presently due.
After you pay, our Registrar will review your request. It's after the Lottery end date ({lotteryEnd}), so your request will be filled on a first-come-first-serve, space-available basis.

The Registrar will email you when your reservation confirmation status has been determined. Please be patient: Processing lottery entries takes several weeks, and entries placed after {lotteryEnd} are not processed until after all lottery entries are addressed
After you pay, our Registrar will review your request. It's not yet past the lottery end date ({lotteryEnd}), so you will be entered into a lottery to determine your placement using the preferences you provided.

The Registrar will email you when your reservation confirmation status has been determined. Please be patient: Processing lottery entries takes several weeks, and entries placed after {lotteryEnd} are not processed until after all lottery entries are addressed
Payment, Changes, and Cancellation Terms

Payment will be fully refunded if your reservation is not confirmed. 50% of your deposit will be refunded if you fully or partially cancel more than 30 days before arrival.

There is no refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. You will owe the FULL AMOUNT of your stay.
