Ice Marshall - We are seeking confident skaters who own their own skates for this role. As an Ice Marshall, you will be responsible for maintaining safety on the ice by assisting skaters in need, helping those who fall, and ensuring all rink rules are followed. Your shift will be split between time on the ice and working in skate hire. Please note, as we operate an open-air ice rink, you may be required to work on the ice in various weather conditions, including rain and snow.
Skate Hire & Ticket Desk Team - As a vital part of the guest experience, we’re looking for friendly, festive, and confident individuals to ensure smooth transitions between skating sessions. This fast-paced role requires energy, enthusiasm, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing queues at the ticket desk and skate hire.
Bar Staff - Moguls Alpine Bar is seeking experienced and professional team members to join us for the busy festive season. This role is perfect for confident, reliable individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply.
Kitchen Staff - Are you passionate about food and eager to help serve our famous pizzas and other delicious menu items? We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to support a fast-paced kitchen during peak times and keen to learn new skills. Previous food preparation experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.
Front of House - We are looking for a reliable and proactive Front of House team member to uphold the cleanliness and presentation of our venue. Key responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming and tidy environment, assisting with event setup and pack-down, and providing general support to ensure smooth daily operations.
If you have chosen Ice Marshall, please select your level of skating:
A - I use the wall or edge of ice rink to stop and am still waiting to buy my own skates
B - I can stop, with some level of confidence but still feel like I am mastering a quick hockey stop. I own my own skates
C - I can hockey stop confidently, feel confident skating at speed and performing cross-overs. I own my own skates
D - I can perform all the skills of group C, plus being able to skate in-between cones or obstacles, and am working on learning new skills on the ice. I own my own skates

We operate 7 days a week with shifts between 9am and 11pm. As a Christmas event, our busiest period is the holiday season, and we require team members to be available to work key dates, including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.Are there any regular days or times that you are unavailable to work?
