  • To register for the Barking FC Grassroots Football Tournament to be held on Sunday 20th December at Mayesbrook Park, Lodge Ave, Barking, Dagenham RM8 2JR

    14:00 PM KICK OFF (4G Surface)

    Team Entry Fees -£65 per team

    Tournament schedule will be sent out 48 hours before the main event.

    •       Bar open for refreshments

    •       Medals & trophy for winners and runners up

    •       Car Parking: FREE

    •       Arena Entry Fee: (cash only £5 entry for over 16’s). Under 16’s FREE

  • Team Ability Level *
  • Teams attending will be responsible for providing medical cover/qualified first aider. Each team attending will provide a qualified first aider or a holder of The Emergency Aid Level 1 certificate which is obtained on completion on the FA Coaching Level 1 Certificate. This person will be responsible for their players should any injuries occur.*
