Comprehensive Career Services, otherwise known as Pre-ETS, gives Students opportunities to explore their interests, build workplace skills, learn how to advocate for themselves, and prepare for life after high school.
Career Development with a Little WOW! Magic
Learning should be meaningful, engaging, and memorable. Our Students don’t just talk about career skills—they practice them through hands-on activities, real-world experiences, and opportunities to discover what they can do.
We are thrilled to be offering the following services:
Workshops are interactive, supportive, and designed to help Students practice real-world skills they can use at school, at work, and in their community.
For a description of the workshops we offer, follow this link.
Currently, we are offering our career workshop series after school hours, at the student's school, unless otherwise specified.
Our WORKREADY Bootcamps, which take place over school vacation weeks, are fun, interactive experiences where students can explore careers, build real-world skills, meet professionals, and discover new possibilities for life after high school.
Whether you already know what you want to do or have absolutely no idea — this is the place to explore your interests and strengths.
Work-Based Learning gives Students who have completed a workshop series or WORKREADY Bootcamp opportunities to experience real workplaces, explore careers firsthand, connect with employers, and practice the skills needed for success on the job. Experiences may include job exploration, workplace tours, job shadowing, hands-on career experiences, and internship opportunities.
