    I. Orders & Payment

    • What payment options are available?
      All orders are PAYO (Pay As You Order)/Full Payment only: Pay 100% of your total order amount upon ordering.
    • Can I edit my order after submitting the form?
      Please review your order carefully before submitting. Changes cannot be accommodated once payment has been made.
    • Can I cancel my order?No. Orders cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed. For 50% DOP orders, the downpayment is non-refundable, and the remaining balance must still be settled by the stated deadline.
    • Can I order multiple items?
      Yes! You may purchase as many items as you want.
    • Can I place another order after submitting my first order?
      Yes! You may submit another order form for additional items. Please note that separate orders may be treated as separate shipments.

    II. Shipping

    • How will shipping work?
      Shipping details, including available shipping options, fees, and instructions, will be provided through the Shipping Form once your order is ready for fulfillment.
    • When will shipping begin?
      The estimated arrival/fulfillment date is mid-November. Shipping will begin as soon as the items arrive and are ready for fulfillment. Please note that this estimate may change due to production, shipping, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
    • When will I receive the Shipping Form?
      A separate email containing the Arrival Notice and Shipping Form will be sent once your order is ready for shipping.
    • Can I combine my order with my friends' orders?
      Yes, subject to our shipping guidelines. Further instructions will be provided through the Shipping Form.
