Please ensure your child has had breakfast before arriving at holiday camps. We do not provide breakfast, lunch or snacks. Please send your child in with a packed lunch and sufficient snacks to see them through the day. Water bottles will be refilled throughout the day.

Dear Parents and Guardians, based on advice from our Paediatric 1st Aid & EpiPen Trainer, a second dose of an EpiPen should be administered 5 to 15 minutes after the initial dose if there is no improvement in a child's condition. This protocol provides critical support while awaiting emergency services. Consequently, any child who requires an EpiPen must bring two EpiPens to every session. By acknowledging this message, you confirm that your child will have two EpiPens with them at all times. Please note that if a child arrives without two EpiPens, they will be sent home and will be unable to attend until this protocol is followed. This policy is strictly enforced to safeguard both the children and our staff. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping everyone safe.

Private One To One & Group Tuition

Are you ready to take the first step in creating the best version of your child? We offer a variety of private one to one programmes which can be tailored to individuals or group of children or adults. We offer upskilling, mental health, well being, weight loss, confidence, advanced programmes and so much more. Please note that children booked onto the Multi Sports Camp (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) cannot switch over to the Multi Activity / Arts & Crafts Camp (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM). If you would like your child to attend the Multi Activity / Arts & Crafts Camp, please make a new booking for that club instead.

If the weather is inclement, coaches will move activities indoors (subject to available space), Children will either participate in indoor sports or a sports related quiz in an indoor hall or classroom setting. To compensate for any lost playing time, when weather allows we will prioritise matches over skill work. While indoor sessions are a rare occurrence, we encourage parents to send their child in with weather appropriate clothing. We aim to conduct sessions outdoors whenever possible to ensure the children receive the maximum benefit from our clubs.

Please note that bookings for our Holiday Camps are non refundable. We deliver our camps based on confirmed numbers. We then commit to all associated overheads, including facility hire, resources, staffing and insurance in advance. To help avoid incurring losses, please submit your booking only when you are certain of the dates you require. If you are uncertain of your schedule, Xtra Time would appreciate it if you book on a weekly basis instead. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

It is the parents/carers responsibility to ensure they have input their email address and emergency contact details correctly to ensure they receive important club updates such as cancellations due to Amber/Red Weather warnings.

Please note that all camp timings, dates, and pricing are located at the top of the booking form. For your convenience, we have also included the dates when the camp will not be running, such as bank holidays.

By ticking the box below you acknowledge that you will send your child with a water bottle, a packed lunch, sufficient snacks to last the day and clothing appropriate for the seasonal weather. In particular, if your child will be involved in sports activities (for example, Football). Please send them with clean, unlaced trainers. AstroTurf or moulds (not studs).
