🎟️ COUNT ME IN!
Please complete this quick form if your student plans to attend. This helps us get an accurate headcount so we can make sure we have enough pizza, treats, supplies, and activities for everyone.
✨ Sign up early and your student will be entered into a drawing for a prize!
Completing this form helps us plan, but students are still welcome to attend even if they aren't signed up in advance.
We can't wait for a spooky-fun night with our 5th & 6th graders! 👻🎃
