• Barcelona 2027 Permission

  • Dear Parent/Guardian

We are delighted to be able to go ahead with a tour for your son/daughter next year to Barcelona/Salou.  The estimated departure date is 7th April, 2027, but that may move slightly depending on flight availability.

The cost of the tour is €753.  .

    The price covers:

    • Cork to Barcelona return on scheduled airline services.

The tour company will need a deposit of €300 paid by Friday 2nd October.

    The proposed payment schedule is:

    November 2nd - €200
    January 31st  - €253

Payments can only be made through the tour company website - I will share full details for that later.

Your son/daughter will need to join a google classroom that will be set up for the tour.  It is through this group that we will collect any other details needed.  (copy of passport and EHIC Card, for example)

Please note that filling this form is not a guarantee that your son/daughter can travel as places are limited.  A school tour abroad is a privilege not a right.

Finally, I do need to point out that our school rules state that a suspension means a student will be taken off of a tour.

Once we have names confirmed we will have a meeting with parents

Thank you for your support of the tour,

    Kind regards,

    John Hurley
