PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read the Trigg County Ham Festival Parade Guidelines on page 2, agree that our entry and participants will comply with these guidelines and the instructions of parade officials, and understand that the $25 entry fee is a donation to the Trigg County Veterans Memorial.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
The entry agrees to follow all rules and guidelines of the City of Cadiz. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the parade at the discretion of the parade chairman.
The entry further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Cadiz and its employees or agents against loss or expense, including attorneys' fees, except in cases of the sole negligence of the City of Cadiz, for loss or expense because of bodily injury, death or property damage sustained by any person or persons. It is further agreed that I/we, as participants, will maintain general liability and auto insurance for the parade entry.
