• Grade 6-12 Student Survey

  • We want to know what you think about your school. This is not a test; there are no wrong answers. The information from the survey will help us understand your school experience.

    Your answers are confidential. They will be combined with those of other students, and no one will be told how you answered.

    This survey is voluntary. You do not have to answer any questions if you do not want to, but we hope you will answer as many questions as possible. If you are unsure what a question means, it is okay to skip it.

    There are 41 items, and it is estimated to take 20-25 minutes to complete this survey.
