Travel expenses, including transportation (auto, Uber/taxi, and airfare), will be reimbursed by FSR. Please note that airfare reimbursement will only cover standard coach, non-refundable tickets. You do not need to reserve a hotel room yourself—FSR staff will handle the reservation once this form is submitted. Because hotel costs are paid upfront, please only complete the form if you are 100% committed to attending; otherwise, we risk losing the money spent on the reservation.

7:00 PM: To help prepare for legislator meetings and issues, we will be hosting a Zoom meeting to review all of the issues and materials for the event. A separate registration email will go out for this virtual meeting after you register for this event.

Tuesday, February 16

Attendees arrive at Hotel Duval. Check-in for the hotel is set for 4:00 PM. You will need a credit card for incidentals. The room night(s)+tax will be covered by the FSR. There is no registration table for check-in for the meeting.

7:00 PM: Dinner on site at Hotel Duval in the Mahogany Room

Wednesday, February 17

7:00 AM: Hotel Duval – Legends Room: Breakfast and legislator meeting review.
8:00 AM: Legislator meetings begin.
11:30 - 1:30 PM: Drop in for lunch on the balcony. Lunch available at the Governors Club (202 S Adams St, Tallahassee, FL 32301)
5:30 PM: Legislative Awards Reception – The Governors Club (202 S Adams St, Tallahassee, FL 32301)
7:00 PM: Attendee Dinner – The Governors Club (202 S Adams St, Tallahassee, FL 32301)
