Liability Waiver and Release Agreement
I, the parent or legal guardian, understand that my child will be participating in a hands-on construction themed play experience provided by Dylan’s Diggers. I understand that while safety rules and precautions are in place. There are still risks involved with active play, including but not limited to: slips, trips, falls, bumps, minor cuts or scrapes, and other unexpected injuries. I agree that my child is participating voluntarily and I assume all risks related to their
participation.

By signing below I agree to:
● Allow my child to participate in Dylan’s Diggers activities
● Follow all safety instructions provided by staff
● Accept responsibility for my child's behavior and participation
● Release Dylan’s Diggers, its owners and staff from liability for any injuries,
damages, or losses that may occur from the event

I confirm that my child is physically able to participate and I will inform staff of any
relevant medical conditions or concerns.
