PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, WAIVER & REFUND POLICY
I understand that participation in this event is voluntary and that I am responsible for my own conduct, decisions, personal safety, belongings, transportation, and interactions with others.
I understand that participation may involve risks, including personal injury, property damage, serious injury, or death. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Achieve Destiny, LLC is not responsible or liable for injury, loss of life, theft, loss, or property damage arising from participation in the event, except where liability cannot legally be waived or limited.
All registration fees, deposits, event fees, and other expenses are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing by Achieve Destiny, LLC.
Participants are financially responsible for any damage they cause to venues, accommodations, vehicles, equipment, or other property.
Registration does not guarantee friendship, companionship, dating, networking, or a relationship match. Participants must behave respectfully. Achieve Destiny, LLC reserves the right to remove anyone engaging in threatening, harassing, destructive, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct without refund.
