COST: FREE - there is no charge for your organization to reserve and attend this special event! A table and chairs will be provided for you. Food and drink will be provided.
DETAILS: Deadline for provider registration is November 13, 2026
Provider unload and parking is on the east side of the property - PARKING LOT 2 - watch for the signs. There will be someone there to assist you should you need help with directions and unloading.
Please do not pull into the facility gate - PARKING LOT 1 - that is for Veteran parking.
FRIDAY SET-UP - Providers can set-up on Friday, November 20th, from 10AM to Noon.
SATURDAY SET-UP - Providers can begin setting up at 7AM and must be ready by 8AM.
Opening ceremony will be at 9AM. If you are going to need internet, please send an email to hohp4heroes@gmail.com.
Please submit your completed registration form to reserve your spot. Once reviewed we will send an email to confirm your registration.
