EAC Core Training Information Form

Welcome to Earth Force's Core Training! This no-cost, 4-session virtual train-the-trainer course will cover the basics of Environmental Applied Civics, the Earth Force Process, plus structured troubleshooting. You will also gain access to all of our resources, ongoing support, and our community of practice, where the asynchronous portion of the training is hosted. Course Schedule

- Session 2, Part 1 Earth Force Process: Oct. 28th
- Session 3, Part 2 Earth Force Process: Nov. 2nd
- Session 4, Action Planning: Nov. 4th
All sessions will be 2-4pm Eastern Time.

Attendance required for all sessions.
Audience

This training is designed for organizations who work directly with youth or who are providers of professional development, especially those with an environmental and/or civic focus. Although this course is not a good fit for individual classroom teachers, folks in school-wide roles, such as curriculum specialists, sustainability coordinators, or department leads are encouraged to take part. Whether you're in the after-school space, a field trip provider, a community partner, network hub, or train other educators, we're looking forward to meeting you!

Course Materials & Participation

This course has asynchronous components (on your own in Mighty Networks, the course platform) as well as synchronous, interactive components (together on Zoom). As a cohort-based course, it is expected that participants are able to unmute and be active for discussion-based activities in the training. Participants will receive slides and access to all of Earth Force's resources; full recordings of sessions are not provided.
