  • Daro Pep Accessories Pen Review Giveaway Rules and Selection Process


    1. Eligibility and Entries
    Each qualifying pen review earns one giveaway entry. Different pen reviews in one form submission are encouraged, provided that:

    -You submit only one review per pen product. Pens are the only eligble items to be reviewed for this giveaway. Feel free to review other items if you like
    -You purchased each reviewed pen from Daro Pep Accessories.
    -Previously submitted reviews are eligible.
    -The same order number may be used for multiple reviewed pens purchased in that order.

    Submit review on Daropep.net by going to the product page clicking reviews, then adding your reviews. If you have an account on Daro, I would recommend logging in first

    2. Review Requirements
    Each review must include:

    -A star rating; and

    -NO mention of specific oils (something like "Oil based substances" is acceptable) 

    -Written feedback containing at least 10 words. Ideally mentions what you like/dislike about the pen.

    -Daro Pep praise or negative experience with ordering process is allowed but not required

    Positive, neutral, and negative reviews are all eligible and will be published. Reviews will only be rejected if they contain profanity, bigotry, hate speech, or similarly inappropriate content.

     

    If your review has not been approved within 48 hours, please contact me through the Daro Pep Telegram channel.

    3. Prizes
    Ten winners will be selected at random. Each winner may choose one of the following prizes:

    -Five Hospira BAC 30ML vials; OR
    -A $40 Daro Pep store credit


    For winners with a U.S. shipping address, Daro Pep will provide free shipping through either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver. The shipping carrier will be selected solely by Daro Pep.

    International winners may either pay the applicable shipping cost or apply a portion of their $40 store credit toward shipping.

    4. Drawing and Winner Notification
    The initial drawing will take place on October 2, 2026. The exact drawing time will be announced later.

    Winners will be notified within one hour of the drawing and must respond no later than October 6, 2026.

    If a winner does not respond by the deadline, a replacement drawing will be held on October 7, 2026, for each unclaimed prize.

     

    FYI, last names are redacted on reviews, So whatever is listed as your first name is what will be shown, keep that in mind when writing your review. Example Katy Perry would show as Katy P.

    • Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. At the bottom will be a unique ID. This will be used as identifiers for the giveaway. For multiple reviews under one unique ID, one ID will be split into multiple IDs. 

      Example unique ID 0005 with 5 reviews submitted will have 5 unique IDs assigned for the raffle: 0005-1, 0005-2, 0005-3, 0005-4, 0005-5. If you submit 10 reviews then you will get 10 IDs. 0005-1, 0005-2, etc through 0005-10. 

       

      Email confirmation will only show 1 Unique ID. I will have a place to check your Unique ID/ multiple unique IDs by next week, so you can verify all your reviews got counted.
