    Current Opening: Resident Care Associate - Part-Time Weekends. Pay: $17-$19 per hour. Work areas: Mt. Airy and College Hill. Exact residential addresses will be shared later in the hiring process. Resident Care Associates support youth ages 10-21 in a residential group-home setting and assist with daily routines, meals, household cleanliness, transportation, community activities, documentation, and positive behavior support. Minimum qualifications include being at least 21, having a high school diploma/GED or one year of direct-care experience, holding a valid unrestricted driver's license, and completing required training and post-offer screening.
