  • We’re so glad you’re joining the holiday fun at Clover Hall this year! First-time decorators and returning participants alike help make this event extra special with creative displays for everyone to enjoy. This year, there are even more ways to participate. Decorate a Christmas tree, create a festive porch pot or build a decorated gingerbread house to add to the Winter Festival displays.

    Set-up will take place at Clover Hall on Wednesday, December 2, 4:00–8:00 PM or Thursday, December 3, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM. Please plan to decorate during one of these time slots.

  • We encourage designers to bring additional items to complement their display, such as small tables, wagons, sleighs, tree skirts or decorative accents.

    Please also provide a receptacle with a lid for votes.

  • Each display space is approximately 4 feet deep and varies in width depending on your setup. Please select the space that best fits your tree and decorations. If you’d like a little extra room, you can indicate that below.

  • Please plan to pick up your display on Saturday, December 5 from 3:00–5:00 PM or Sunday, December 6 from 12:00–1:00 PM.If you’re not available during those times, we just ask that you make arrangements for someone else to pick it up. Since we don’t have storage space after the event, any trees left behind may need to be discarded.*
