Winter Festival: Display Registration Form

Deadline to sign up is November 27 | December 3-5, 2026 | Clover Hall
We’re so glad you’re joining the holiday fun at Clover Hall this year! First-time decorators and returning participants alike help make this event extra special with creative displays for everyone to enjoy. This year, there are even more ways to participate. Decorate a Christmas tree or add to the Winter Festival displays with a pre-decorated porch pot or gingerbread house.

Set-up will take place at Clover Hall on Wednesday, December 2, 4:00–8:00 PM or Thursday, December 3, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM. Please plan to decorate during one of these time slots. We ask that children do not attend during set-up.

There are a few ways to be part of this year’s Winter Festival displays! 🎄

Decorated Trees: Open to everyone! Businesses, organizations, individuals, families, friend groups, school classrooms and more are welcome to decorate a tree.

Porch Pots: Bring a pre-decorated holiday porch pot that is at least 2 feet tall.

Gingerbread Houses: Bring a pre-decorated gingerbread house to display during Winter Festival. This option is intended for ages 10+. Younger kids will have a chance to make their own gingerbread house creations in the kids’ craft area during the festival.

Tree/Porch Pot height:
For trees: If 4 ft or less, please tell us whether you’ll use a skirted table or riser. Porch Pots: 2 feet minimum
Gingerbread house: Approximate dimensions → table/display needs

We encourage designers to bring additional items to complement their display, such as small tables, wagons, sleighs, tree skirts or decorative accents.

Please also provide a receptacle with a lid for votes.
Each display space is approximately 4 feet deep and varies in width depending on your setup. Please select the space that best fits your tree and decorations. If you’d like a little extra room, you can indicate that below.

Display Teardown
Please plan to pick up your display on Saturday, December 5 from 3:00–5:00 PM or Sunday, December 6 from 12:00–1:00 PM.If you’re not available during those times, we just ask that you make arrangements for someone else to pick it up. Since we don’t have storage space after the event, any trees left behind may need to be discarded.
