$20 player registration per player, plus a SEPARATE $25 team registration contribution per player, due every season; $45 combined each season.

PLANO UNITED FC — MPL 1 PLAYER AGREEMENT 1. Commitment. I understand MPL 1 is a competitive, high-level league. I will attend scheduled matches and practices when available, arrive on time, follow team and league rules, show respect, and communicate availability or absences promptly to the coaches. Selection, positions and playing time are coaching decisions and are not guaranteed. 2. Costs. Before payment, the club will identify the amount, purpose and due date of each applicable charge, including league/player registration, referee fees, practices, field rentals, and uniforms. I agree to pay charges I explicitly accept by the stated deadlines. No new charge is created by this agreement alone. Each season, player registration is $20 per player and the separate team registration contribution is $25 per player, for a combined $45. Match referee fees are additional. Match referee fees: $15 per player for each away match; $20 per player for each home match. The applicable referee fee must be paid before each match. Home/away status and the payment deadline will be communicated for each match. 3. Refunds. Payments already made for league registration, scheduled practices, field rentals and ordered or issued uniforms are nonrefundable if I later choose to withdraw or miss an activity, except where the club agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a refund. The club will explain any different policy for a canceled service or unfulfilled order. 4. Leaving the team. If I decide to leave, I will notify the head coach or club management in writing as early as possible, preferably at least 14 days before my last availability, so the roster can be managed. This is a notice request, not a restriction on leaving. Any league transfer or roster change is handled under applicable league rules. Leaving does not erase charges I already agreed to and incurred. 5. Communication and promotion. I will respond to team scheduling and coach messages within a reasonable time and communicate respectfully. I will help promote Plano United FC through reasonable team activities and sharing club content when I am comfortable doing so. Posting from my personal accounts is voluntary. The club will request separate consent before using my image, name, or voice in promotional content; refusal does not affect my application or playing status.
