- A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 per person is due at the time of booking. Your place is confirmed in a single room once we receive it. The final balance of $1,840.00 per person is due Friday 13 November 2026. Bookings made after this date are payable in full at the time of booking.
- We commit to our suppliers well ahead of time, so bookings are non-refundable. However, we know life happens - if you can't make it, you're very welcome to pass your place to another Bird. Just email us their details by 20 February 2027 and we'll help where we can.

- TRAVEL INSURANCE. Please take out travel insurance when you book - it's the only thing that covers you if you need to pull out.
