A. Hands-on Workshop: Build Your Own AI Workflow Agent
Participants will be guided through the process of designing, and configuring an AI agent in work context using Gemini Enterprise. The session will explore how agents can be structured to:
- Understand and execute defined business tasks
- Orchestrate multiple workflow steps
- Work with enterprise information and context
- Move beyond Q&A towards action-oriented workflows
- Apply appropriate human oversight and controls
B. Expert Panel: From Experimentation to Enterprise
The workshop will be followed by a panel discussion on moving agentic AI from promising pilots to secure, scalable and sustainable enterprise adoption. The conversation will explore:
- Where agentic AI can create the greatest business impact
- The practical challenges of deploying agents at scale
- Security, governance, risk, data and permission controls
- Human oversight, accountability and appropriate levels of autonomy
- Key considerations for developing an effective enterprise AI strategy
