  • 1. Cancellation & Refund

     Payment is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

  • 2. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

    Please inform us of all allergies and dietary restrictions. We provide ingredient information, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contamination. Guests are responsible for checking ingredients and deciding whether the food is suitable for them. Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies must inform us before the class.

  • 3. Food Safety

    We use fresh ingredients and follow basic food-safety and hygiene procedures. Please follow all instructions given by the hosts.

  • 4. Cooking & Personal Safety

    Cooking involves heat, hot oil, knives and kitchen equipment. Please use all equipment carefully and follow the hosts’ instructions.

  • 5. Personal Belongings

    Guests are responsible for their own belongings. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

  • 6. Photos & Videos

    Photos and short videos may be taken during the class for The Thai Homie Club’s social media and promotional purposes. Please inform us before the class if you do not wish to appear in photos or videos.

  • 7. Conduct

    Please treat other guests, hosts, staff and the venue with respect. We may ask guests to leave if their behaviour creates a safety concern or seriously disrupts the activity.

  • 8. Changes

    The organizers may make reasonable changes to the menu, activities, schedule or venue when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

  • 9. Property Damage

    Guests are responsible for any damage to the venue, kitchen equipment, dishes, or other property caused by their negligence or misuse. Reasonable charges may apply to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
