    Teamforce Infrastructure Division

  • Teamforce Infrastructure Division are recruiting experienced plant operators for major energy transmission works in the Highlands of Scotland.

    This is one of the largest energy infrastructure programmes in the UK — new 400kV substation and overhead line works running from Caithness down through Sutherland, with the programme continuing to 2030. Long-term work for the right operators, not a few weeks and home.

    WHAT WE NEED
    ✅ 360 Operators — CPCS or NPORS, above and below 10 tonne
    ✅ Machine Operators — dozer, ADT, dumper, roller, telehandler
    ✅ Tractor Drivers — tractor and trailer/bowser work on access tracks
    ✅ Valid CSCS, CPCS or NPORS card
    ✅ Previous experience on civils, earthworks or utilities sites
