Thank you for being part of our 2026 Howl-O-Ween Dog Walk! We are excited to have you join us and truly appreciate your support of The Hotel for Homeless Dogs. Please review the following vendor information and requirements:

Vendor fee is $50.00 and is non-refundable.

The event is rain or shine. There is no rain date, and vendor fees will not be refunded due to weather.

Each vendor will receive a 10' x 10' space.

Vendor setup may begin at 8:30 AM.

Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays and other supplies. All tents must be properly weighted and secured.

There will be no running water or electricity available

All vendors are required to participate in our Human Howl-O-Ween Treat Trail and provide individually wrapped candy or treats for attendees. Please plan to bring enough to distribute throughout the event.

This is a carry-in/carry-out event. Vendors are responsible for removing all trash, materials and belongings from their space at the end of the event.

Vendors are welcome to sell their products or services during the event.
Complimentary promotional items, samples or giveaways should be reserved for registered event participants wearing an official event wristband.

Consent to Photograph /Videotape / Interview Individuals Please read, date and provide your signature on the next pages Terms & Conditions I hereby agree and give my permission for New England Humane Society and/or partners to record, film,photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the New England Humane Society website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the New England Humane Society’s control. I agree that I will not hold the New England Humane Society responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.

Liability Waiver: 

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and HOLD HARMLESS NEHS/HHD and its representatives, officers, servants, agents, employees and other Elected officials (“RELEASEES”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me while participating in the Howl-O-Ween Dog Walk 2022.
