  • To officially reserve your team's spot at camp, please submit your $500 team deposit. The $500 team deposit will be deducted from your final camp invoice. The $500 team deposit is refundable, if cancelled prior to the registration week deadline of 5/14/27. Please see below for full camp refund policy.*

  • REFUND POLICY
    - full refunds, including the team deposit, will be issued for any changes or cancellations made prior to the registration deadline on 5/14/27.
    - full refunds, minus the team deposit paid, will be issued for any changes or cancellations made following the 5/14/27 registration deadline through 5/31/27.
    - 1/2 refund, minus the team deposit paid, will be issued for any changes or cancellations made between 6/1/27 through 6/11/27.
    - Any changes or cancellations after 6/11/27 will not be issued a refund, this includes any campers that fail to report to camp, or report to camp and leave camp early.
    *all refunds, if necessary, will be processed following the conclusion of camp
