  • Free HSE flu vaccine: who can get it

    You can get a free flu vaccine if you are:

    • aged 60 or over
    • a child aged 2 to 17 (children get the nasal spray flu vaccine)
    • pregnant
    • a healthcare worker
    • living in a nursing home or other long-term care facility
    • in regular contact with pigs, poultry or waterfowl
    • someone with a health condition that puts you at higher risk from flu
    • living with, or caring for, someone with such a health condition

    At the moment we can only offer the flu vaccine to people covered by the HSE (the groups above).

    No private flu vaccines are available yet because of a delay in stock. As soon as our private flu vaccines arrive, we will let you know through all our channels.
