¿Qué es 4Pointe?
4Pointe es una metodología progresiva y consciente para el entrenamiento en puntas, diseñada para desarrollar fuerza, articulación, alineación y eficiencia del movimiento, promoviendo una carrera más saludable y sostenible para bailarines de todos los niveles.
