Fremlin Walk Scare School & Monster Hunter Trail – Terms & Conditions
Participation in the Scare School and Monster Hunter Trail constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Fremlin Walk reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any activity or these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
Scare School & Monster Hunter Trail
The Scare School and Monster Hunter Trail are free to participate in and will take place during the advertised event period.
Children must register and complete the Scare School sessions before taking part in the Monster Hunter Trail.
The Monster Hunter Trail requires participants to find the hidden monsters around Fremlin Walk and collect stamps in their Trail Passport.
Places for Scare School sessions and participation in the trail are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to capacity.
Graduation Certificate & Prize
Children who successfully complete the Monster Hunter Trail can return to Scare School to receive their official Monster Hunter Graduation Certificate and prize.
Graduation prizes are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
Only one graduation certificate and prize will be awarded per completed Trail Passport, unless otherwise stated.
Event Activities
All activities are free to attend unless otherwise stated.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Activity times and details are subject to change without prior notice.
Fremlin Walk cannot guarantee participation if sessions reach capacity or Trail Passports, certificates or prizes have run out.
Photography & Social Media
Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional purposes.
By attending the event, visitors acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or video footage used by Fremlin Walk for marketing and promotional purposes.
Anyone who does not wish to be photographed should notify a member of the event team on arrival.
Liability
Fremlin Walk accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury sustained during the event except where caused by negligence.
Participants take part in activities at their own risk. Parents and guardians remain responsible for children in their care at all times.
Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Fremlin Walk's Privacy Policy.
