ARTIST DISPLAY AGREEMENT - Flat Fee Showing
This Agreement is made on September 18th, 2026 between:
Host / Venue: Spark House Studio ("Host")
Artist: ___________________ ("Artist")
1. Purpose
Host agrees to display Artist's artwork at: Spark House Studio for a temporary exhibition.
2. Exhibition Period
Artwork will be hung safely and remain on display to be viewed from Friday, September 18th, 2026 through Saturday, September 26th, 2026.
3. Flat Fee
Artist agrees to pay Host a flat fee of $50.00 to cover liabilities, incidentals, and hosting costs for the night/event. This fee is non-refundable and due on or before September 18th, 2026.

4. Installation & Care
a) Host will hang and display all work safely and with reasonable care.
b) Work will not be moved, sold, or altered without Artist's prior consent.
c) Host is not responsible for loss or damage due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, but will take reasonable precautions to protect work while on premises.
5. Artist Access - Private Showing
Artist will have access to a private showing of their work at any time during the exhibition period, with 24-hour advance notice based on Host availability.
6. Pick-Up of Work
All remaining pieces must be picked up on Saturday, September 26th, 2026. Any time on after 5 Saturday is acceptable for pick-up, unless otherwise coordinated with Host.
7. Liabilities
Artist understands the $50 flat fee helps cover incidental costs and general liability for the evening. Host maintains a safe viewing environment. Each party is responsible for their own guests.
8. Promotion & Credit
Artist retains all rights to their work. Host may photograph the installed exhibition for portfolio / social media unless Artist requests otherwise.
