Additional Needs Gymnastics & PlayGym
Our Additional Needs gymnastics classes provide a supportive, flexible and welcoming environment where children can explore gymnastics at their own pace.
We offer 45-minute classes for children aged 12 months–4 years and 60-minute classes for children aged 5+. These sessions are designed for children who may find busy or structured classes challenging, helping them build confidence, develop new skills, enjoy movement and make friends.
For our all our Additional Needs classes, a parent, carer or trusted adult attends and supports their child throughout the session.
We also offer Additional Needs PlayGym, where children can explore, play and learn in a relaxed environment. Equipment is set out to encourage imagination, movement and learning, allowing each child to explore in a way that feels comfortable for them, with a qualified coach on hand to support and encourage when needed.
Whether your child is discovering gymnastics for the first time or simply wants a space to play, explore and have fun, our Additional Needs sessions offer a positive environment where every child can feel included and supported.
