Dr. Amber Shanks will be on site performing CVI inspections for Worlds. If you need your certificate for travel, please let us know ahead of time so we know how busy the schedule will be. Her discounted price for LSDD is $75 for the first dog & $25 per additional dog. This will be paid directly to her.

For completion of a CVI, please bring your vaccine records as well as the address where you will be staying in Wisconsin.
