    Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the 2026 - 2027 Hawai'i Asia-Pacific Affairs Leadership (APAL) Program cohort. Please submit the following form and all supplementary materials no later than Wedensday, September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM HST.

    The upcoming APAL Program will run from October 2026 to June 2027. Applicants must between the ages of 18 - 24 and be based on Oahu for the duration of the program. Participation in the program is free.
