Requirements for Coach Applicants
Applicant Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have general knowledge of soccer
- Must be able to physically lift soccer equipment (up to about 50 lbs)
- Must possess qualities such as patience, kindness, respect, enthusiasm and the ability to positively engage with children.
- Must be comfortable working with children of varying ages, abilities, personalities and support needs.
- Willing to take a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and punctual

Note:Selected applicants may be invited to participate in a paid, in-person coaching assessment with HSA. During the assessment, applicants may assist with activities and interact with players under the supervision of HSA staff. Participation in or successful completion of an assessment does not guarantee an offer of employment.

Days: Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday
Times: 9am-8pm
Hours: 2.5 - 10 hrs/week
