Proposal documents uploaded through this form are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored on secure servers. Access to uploaded files is restricted to authorized City of Universal City staff via authenticated accounts; files are not publicly accessible or indexed. The City of Universal City is utilizing Jotform to ensure the confidentiality of all submissions.

TOTAL file submission size must not be more than 150,000 KB or 150 MB in size. Please compress files as much as possible.
You are not limited to the amount of files you may submit. However, please make sure to check that your total file submission is no more than 150,000 KB or 150 MB.
File types accepted are pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, txt, rtf, html, zip, mp3, wma, mpg, flv, avi, jpg, jpeg, png, gif.
