Welcome to the Ballentine Farm Craft Show! We are thrilled to invite local makers, artisans, and crafters to showcase their unique creations at our fully indoor event on November 14, 2026 at Ballentine Farm. Because this event is held entirely indoors, it will take place rain or shine, providing a comfortable, weather-proof environment for both vendors and shoppers. To maintain a high-quality experience, all items offered for sale must be handmade, artisan, or significantly altered by the applicant; mass-produced or direct-sales items are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved. Booth fees are non-refundable upon acceptance into the show. Vendors are allocated a designated indoor footprint and must keep all displays, inventory, and signage strictly within their assigned borders to keep walkways clear. No nails, heavy-duty tape, or permanent fixtures may be applied to the venue walls or floors. Vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown within the designated hours and must remain fully set up for the entire duration of the event. By submitting this application, you agree to comply with all venue regulations and assume all liability for your property and merchandise while on the premises.
