Which position are you interested in?

Ice Marshall - you must be a confident skater for this role and own your own skates. You are responsible for looking out for all aspects of safety on the ice ice - this may include being helpful and friendly to those in need, helping skaters up when they fall, and ensuring skaters follow the rules of the ice rink. As a marshal you would work some of the shift on the ice, and the remainder in skate hire. We are an open air ice rink so there will be times when you would on the ice in the rain.
Skate Hire & Ticket Desk Team - an integral part of the experience, we need friendly, festive and confident people to help the smooth transition between skating sessions. This is a fast paced job and we look for those with energy, enthusiasm and an eye for detail. Jobs include ticket desk, skate hire and other host roles.
Moguls Alpine Bar - we are looking for experienced bar staff who have great customer service skills, are confident and friendly to keep up with the high demand of festive beverages. **YOU MUST BE 18+ TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE**
If you are applying to be an ice marshall - please choose your level of skating:
A - I use the wall or edge of ice rink to stop and am still waiting to buy my own skates
B - I can stop, with some level of confidence but still feel like I am mastering a hockey stop. I own my own ice skates
C - I can hockey stop confidently, feel confident skating at speed and performing cross-overs. I own my own ice skates
D- I can perform all the skills of group C, plus being able to skate in-between cones or obstacles, and am working on learning new skills on the ice. I own my own ice skates

We are a 7 day a week business that has a range of shifts in the day and evening. How many hours are you looking to work per week?

We’re open 7 days per week 9am-10.30pm (ish). Are there any regular days/times you can't manage? We are a Christmas event with our busiest times being over the holiday season- we expect people who are committed to working over the period, including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and the day.
