    Join us for our 5-night Halloween event! Vendors can choose to participate in one, multiple, or all five dates. Discounted rates are available when reserving multiple days.

    • Bring your own 10Ă—10ft tent and setup.
    • Food trucks: please provide your truck size when registering.
    • If you need electricity, you must bring your own generator.
    • Vendors are responsible for their own setup and supplies.


    TRUNK OR TREAT Participation (Friday, October 23 ONLY)

    Decorate your vehicle/trunk or a 10x10ft tent with a Halloween theme and join our community Trunk or Treat!

    • Bring your own candy.
    • Get creative and keep your display fun & family-friendly.
    • Participants provide their own candy and decorations.
    • Trunk or Treat set up will be in our parking lot in front of our 2 stores (Poly's Embroidery and Poly's General Store)
    • No business required! Families, clubs, churches, schools, organizations, businesses and community groups are welcome.

    Come decorate, participate, and help us make Halloween fun for our community!

    By checking the box below, I acknowledge that Poly’s Embroidery & Printing Enterprises and Poly’s General Store LLC are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, theft, or losses that may occur on the property (3124 W. County 18th st Somerton, AZ 85350) during "Poly's Halloween Nights 2026" event that will take place on October 23, 24, 25, 30, & 31, 2026. I understand that I am participating at my own risk and agree to hold Poly’s Embroidery & Printing Enterprises and Poly’s General Store LLC, their owners, and staff harmless from any claims arising from my participation.

    -Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area after the event. Trash cans will be available throughout the event area, and a large trash bin will be located at the back of the property for additional waste disposal.
