💻 VIRTUAL WORKSHOP
Our trainings provide families with practical tools, education, and strategies to support healthy development, communication, emotional wellness, and positive decision-making. This training is open to the public, and we welcome all community members to attend.
For our upcoming Self-Esteem & Self-Advocacy Workshop, parents and participants will explore ways to build confidence, use their voices, establish healthy boundaries, advocate for themselves, and recognize when to seek support.
What We’ll Cover:
Building Self-Esteem: Explore strategies for developing confidence, self-worth, and a positive sense of identity.
Using Your Voice: Learn how to express thoughts, feelings, needs, and concerns with confidence and respect.
Setting Healthy Boundaries: Understand how to establish personal boundaries and communicate them clearly.
Self-Advocacy: Learn how to speak up for yourself, make your needs known, and ask for what you need.
Handling Difficult Situations: Develop strategies for responding confidently when faced with pressure, conflict, or uncomfortable situations.
Knowing When to Seek Help: Learn when and how to reach out to trusted adults and supportive resources.
We look forward to connecting with our MGE families virtually on March 9th at 7:00 PM!
Warmly,
