The Craft Fair will take place in the Vinton Baptist Church Gym
Sunday, November 22nd from 12:30-4:00pm
Vendor Set-up: Sunday, 11/22 from 11:00am-12:30pm
Vendor Registration Fee: $50 per space
Helpful Information:
-Check-in at the front doors of the gym upon arrival. Youth will be available to help you unload and load for the event. An elevator is also available.
-Spaces are approximately 8' x 6'
-We can provide one 6-foot table if needed.
-Once unloaded, please park your car in the main church lot or across the street at the Disciples Center, so others can unload at the main gym doors.
-The only food concession will be sold by the VBC Youth.
-Only one consultant per direct sales company is allowed and only one vendor is allowed per product.
-Payment and registration are due by October 28, 2026 to reserve your space.
-Church members will be given priority registration until October 18, 2026.
-Paid fees are non-refundable.
