PLEASE NOTE: This is merely your application and not confirmation that you can participate as a vendor. All vendors must be approved by staff and pay a fee to be confirmed.
Join us for the Cellar Express Christmas Market, happening December 20, 2026 at the Book Cellar in Conyers, GA! This new community event celebrates the beloved Christmas holiday and will act as a fundraiser for our literacy initiative. We’d love to have you be part of it.

This is a juried application. Once accepted, you’ll receive an invoice for your vendor fee which will be due within 30 days of receipt in order to reserve your space. Spaces are on a first come, first serve basis.

If you need to cancel, refunds will be issued only for cancellations made at least 90 days before the event. Any cancellations after that date are non-refundable.

Vendors must be available from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Vendor Fees: Depending on merchant type will range from $150-$225

Please note that vendor fees are non-refundable after November 15, 2026.
